- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to aviation medicine, occupational health, or aeromedical operations
- Strong background in aeromedical assessment, flight crew medical fitness, in-flight medical support, and coordination with aviation safety departments
Quality Assurance Manager
- MBA from an HEC-recognized university (a Master’s degree in Engineering will be considered an added advantage)
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the aviation industry, including at least 10 years in Quality and Safety Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of implementing Quality and Safety Management Systems (SMS) as per ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859
- Experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, operational auditing, occurrence reporting, risk assessment, and continual improvement
- Must hold the following courses: Quality Management System – Lead Auditor, ICAO Safety Management System (SMS) Course, ICAO Dangerous Goods Course, ICAO Training Managers Course, HSE or Human Factor Course, and Aviation Legislation Course
Accounts Associate
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, budgeting, or financial management
- Experience in government or aviation-related organizations is preferred
- Good knowledge of financial rules, auditing, and record maintenance
- Experience preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and management reports
